와싱톤한인교회 오메가 청소년교회학교는 청소년(6-12학년) 학생들의 믿음이 주님 안에서 더 성숙해지고, 예수님의 제자로서 살아갈 수 있도록 이끌어 주는 사역입니다.
오메가 청소년교회학교의 비젼은 청소년 학생들이 하나님과 친밀해지고 그리스도의 복음을 전하는 그리스도 중심의 공동체가 되는 것입니다.
이를 위해서 아래의 다섯 가지 사역에 중점을 두고 있습니다.
O – Outreach/섬 김. 우리가 가진 재능과 재물로 가족과 교회, 사회와 세상을 섬기는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
M – Meaningful Worship/뜻 깊은 예배. 예배를 통해서 하나님의 사랑과 은혜를 배우고 경험하며 예수님의 제자로서 성장할 수 있도록 노력합니다.
E – Enjoyment of Fellowship/친교의 즐거움. 하나님의 은혜와 사랑을 나누며, 친교의 즐거움을 경험하고, 친구와 가족의 관계를 다져갑니다.
G – Growth in Relationship with God/하나님 안에서 성장. 하나님의 사랑과 은혜를 경험하며 하나님과의 관계가 더 깊어지기를 노력합니다.
A – Alignment with the Word of God/하나님 말씀 순종. 하나님의 말씀에 순종하고 실천하며 제자로서의 삶을 살아갑니다.

Vision Statement: OMEGA Youth Ministry is a Christ-centered community of youth students striving to grow intimate with God and to share the message of Christ with the world.
On the basis of vision statement above, our mission is to help youth students growing as the disciples of Christ who will go out to the world and make disciples in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:18-19). To accomplish our mission, we strive to help our youth students in the following five areas:
O – Outreach. Our purpose is to serve our family & church and our society & world with our talents and materials.
M – Meaningful Worship. By worshiping God meaningfully, we are going to learn and experience the love and grace of God and it will help us to grow as the disciples of Christ.
E – Enjoyment of Fellowship. As we share God’s love and grace with each other, we are going to enjoy the fellowship and build relationship with our friends and families.
G – Growth in Relationship with God. By experiencing God’s love and grace, we are going to grow intimate with God.
A – Alignment with the Word of God. By obeying and living according to God’s Word, we are going to live out the life of Christ’s disciples.
